I cannot thank Dr. Jim or his staff enough for restoring my brilliant smile. I was in a car accident when I was 20 during which I shattered the bones in my chin and jaw, losing 3 front teeth disrupting many more in the process. Extensive "old school" orthodontia and braces followed along with the loss of 1 more tooth from trauma. I wore a "flipper" for many years (a partial denture plate that was easily removed). This flipper slipped a lot or fell right out when I would laugh, while talking, etc which I found very embarrassing. I talked to many dentists over the years about a bridge or implants, and the price was always so high it was daunting.
Finally, after 19 years, I was ready to look into implants again, and that was when I found Dr. Amstadt. He and his staff were very thorough, making me feel that this was actually going to be doable for me at this time in my life. I went ahead with the implants and have never been happier.
I stared in the mirror for hours after I had the final procedure, it was worth every minute in the dentist's chair.
I can now bite into apples and eat corn on the cob! It has been a big boost in my self-confidence, and I encourage anyone who is "embarrassed" of their smile or has some correction that they would like to just do it! You will never regret it!

I first want to start off by saying thank you to all of the staff and to Dr. James Amstadt for making my smile one of my greatest features once again. I had a lot of dental work that needed to be done due to my negligence of taking proper care of my teeth. I hated the way that they looked and my teeth used to be my worst feature, I had no confidence whatsoever when it came to my smile. This affected every aspect in my life because it seemed that the true me couldn't smile when I wanted to and that made my character change in a way. People also looked at me in a form of disgust because it was so apparent that I needed serious work done to my teeth but I didn't for several years due to money and nervousness to what kind of pain and anguish awaited me in that dentist chair.
I then had a blessing in disguise when my two-year-old daughter jumped off the couch and her forehead smashed directly into my two front teeth, which caused them to essentially shatter in my mouth. At that point I decided to call the office of Dr. James Amstadt and finally try to get all of my work done once and for all. I wanted to go to Dr. James Amstadt because he was the only dentist that I knew I could trust to fix my teeth, because I was more than confident that he would do a perfect job.
When I went in to have my teeth assessed he was more than confident that he would be able to salvage my teeth. After that point I was concerned about paying for all of the work since I do not have any dental insurance but being able to get the funding was so easy and very quick (I wish I could get a loan that easily for a new car). I was able to get funding for the work that I needed on my teeth in less than five minutes. After my assessment and funding I knew that me being able to have nice looking teeth was on the horizon and very much my new reality; I will never forget how excited I was before my initial appointment.
The week before I was going to have my teeth worked on I was starting to get really nervous. I knew that the entire process was going to take a while, and I didn't know how much I would be hurting after the procedure. I knew that while having my teeth worked on it wasn't going to hurt, but I was scared of the pain after the numbness was going to go away. But I must say that it all worked out perfectly, I couldn't have had a better job done to my teeth with virtually no pain at all top it all off.
Now my teeth and smile have never looked any better, no more cavities or calcium deposits on my teeth. I am now free to smile when I want, which has changed me back into the laughing, smiling, and joking ME!!! My fiancee can't stop kissing me again (thank you so much for that), and my friends can't stop commenting on how good I look now. The work that they have done to my teeth has honestly changed almost every aspect of my life, and I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me. To be honest the greatest feature that I love about going to the dentist now is the atmosphere that they create. I love being around that office no matter what I know is about to happen to me, because I know it won't hurt and I know that I'll have fun (and whoever thought in their entire life that going to the dentist would actually be fun?).
Everybody that had something to do at the office which helped me get my teeth fixed, Thank you. And to Dr. James Amstadt…Thank you for helping this major change in my life take place due to your perfection. You are more than a professional; you are an artist. Again thank you so much for everything, and I'll see you in six months!!
