Payments & Financing
To make your life a little easier, we accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. If you pay for your dental care in full the day of treatment, we’ll extend a 5% courtesy discount to your bill. For those who prefer to finance dental care, we work with CareCredit or Springstone. These trusted third party institutions offer no- and low-interest financing options for qualified applicants.
Dental Insurance
We will file private insurance, meaning those plans that do not require the patient to choose dentist from a list of providers. Dental insurance can help you defray a portion of the cost of oral healthcare, so we will be glad to maximize your benefits and file on your behalf. Please prepare to pay your complete bill the day of your appointment. Your benefit reimbursement will be mailed directly to you from your insurance company. When you pay your total bill, we will extend a 5% courtesy discount.
Your dental insurance will probably cover only a portion of your bill, and many elective services, like cosmetic dentistry, are not covered. We will be happy to explain your benefits and estimate your total out-of-pocket expense before and after your benefits reimbursement.
